Welcome to the online metropolis of JUBILEE Magazine. Kim Ford and her team
have produced the publication that represents you -- young, fabulous and ready
for change.

Born and raised in Grambling, LA, Kim graduated from Grambling State University
with a B.A. in Psychology.  Soon after, she moved to Atlanta, GA and began
working in Corporate America.
It was also during this time that she began to
attend S.A.N.E. Church International (now El Elyon International Church) where
Pastor Mason Betha taught the message of Jesus Christ with such clarity and
understanding.  It was through his teaching that she was able to locate her
God-given purpose and true passion. Therefore, she began pursuing what she
always wanted to do since high school...Journalism.

As a result of being led by God and encouraged by Pastor Mason, Kim recognized
how millions of young adults shape their life desires based on television,
magazines and music. She needed to do
something to re-vamp the entertainment
industry. This revelation sparked the birth of JUBILEE magazine.

A novice to the media industry, Kim began to read books about magazine
publishing, attended media panels, asked questions and even enrolled in a few
journalism classes. Her best learning experience came from just getting out there
on the red carpet and doing it.

Within one year, Kim interviewed industry and ministry greats like Danny Glover,
Quincy Jones, Pastor Mason Betha, Pastor Paula White, Tye Tribbett,
Fonzworth Bentley, Hill Harper, Chris 'Ludacris' Bridges, Chris Tucker, Dallas
Austin, Bernice King (daughter of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.), Radio ONE's Cory
'CoCo Brother' Condrey, Darwin Hobbs, Deitrick & Damita Haddon, JoAnn
Rosario, Canton Jones, Mary Mary, MTV's Making the Band 4 singing group
Day 26, Angela & Vanessa Simmons of MTV's Run's House and the list goes on.

She's also covered high profile events like the
BET Hip Hop Awards, Billboard
Awards, Trumpet Awards, VH1 Celebrity Stylist casting, Maya Angelou's
80th
Birthday celebration and many others.

"It's time we re-build the image of God to the world. What people want is love, truth
and results, not just a church service. JUBILEE is here to show them all three."

Kim has counseled and ministered to hundreds of men and women across the
country. Although her wisdom impacts individuals of all ages, she specializes in
speaking to 18-34 year olds.

"This is the time when you make decisions that will affect the rest of your life.
School choices, identity, friendships, relationships, career choices, marital and
parenting decisions are typically made between 18-34. If you want a good life, you
have to make wise decisions. If people don't know how to make wise decisions,
we have to teach them God's way of doing things... which is love."

Currently, Kim teaches at
El Elyon Church International in Atlanta. She has also
been invited to inspire the youth during Career Day within the Atlanta Public
School system,  as well as other speaking engagements at Spelman College,
Clark Atlanta University, at a Youth Leadership Summit sponsored by the National
MBA Association and at BEEP, a mentoring program reaching more than 750,000
college students. Kim is also a member of NABFEME (National Association of
Black Female Executives in Music & Entertainment). You can listen to her weekly
radio show at

In April of 2009, she founded Pearls of Perfection, an organization for women of
all nationalities ages 18 and above. The league serves as a vehicle for Kim to
mentor women across the nation in the areas that affect them most - self love,
restoration, and purpose. Look out for
Peals of Perfection (P.O.P) on a college
campus near you!

Kim has a heart to see teens, college students, singles, and married couples
obtain their God-given dream life. She is greatly humbled of His blessing and
favor on her life and accepts the assignment of being a 'billboard' for the Kingdom
of God. She gives Him all the glory and credits her success to Him and her
Pastors, Mason & Twyla Betha.
